The chrome steel pull up bar is very commonly used by most of families all over the world. The bar is very practical for home gym. By using this bar, you can work out your upper body, strengthen your arm force, do AB workout and situps and stretch your legs. The length can be adjusted by the thread rod inside to fit door frame width between 27inch and 39inch. 

The principle of chrome steel pull up bar:

1. Increase the coefficient of kinetic friction μ;

2. Increase positive pressure.

First of all, we use rubber pad on both ends to increase the coefficient of dynamic friction μ.

Second, all the pull up up bars are telescopic and they are screwed in one direction so that the rod stands against both ends of the door frame. The tighter you screw it, the positive pressure on door frame is bigger and the friction is larger.

Lastly, when a person pulls up, so long as he or she holds the horizontal rod in the direction of the rod is tightened, it means that positive pressure equivalent to the user's body weight is on the door frame and the friction is bigger.

It is forbidden to hold the bar in the opposite direction of tightening! DANGEROUS!
